February 2024 Exhibition

We held our first public consultation event on Wednesday 7 February 2024, 2.30pm – 7.30pm. The Project Information Panels from the exhibition are available on this page and also in the Documents Page. We have published a short summary of the main feedback and comments from the first round of consultation (which ran until 6 March 2024) and please click on ‘Consultation Report - Feb/March 2024’ tab for more information:

The main themes raised with the team in the feedback forms and at the physical exhibition event in February 2024 was the potential cumulative impact of Allt an Tuir alongside the other proposed, consented and/or operational projects in the area and the lack of direct benefit to the Rosehall area from current renewable energy developments.

There were also questions around the positioning of the solar panels and the access route for the project should it be consented.  The importance of working with local businesses as well as questions on how the community benefit area is defined for the proposed development were raised at the event.
